Grandpa Grooving

To the man I dont know with the same last name....

It all started when grandpa was grooving
Running through different woman giving them words real soothing
Mentally fucking them up like a tornado
One ends up pregnant with his child he thinks no way ho
"Imma keep doing me and running through these streets
No time for a child at 17 my life ain’t complete
You do what you gotta figure if you wanna keep it
What you decide don’t tell me it’ll be your lil secret
And if you do find out how to keep it on the low
You should be having it anyway you’re only 14 years old"
Now another black man grows up without a father
Mom wants to live so he’s raised by his grandmother
But grandma dies when he’s thirteen
Then the streets call his name in a life that’s been forseen
At times not knowing when he would be fed
Thinking that the world  would be  better, if he just ended up dead
Lonely in this life no giving a care about women
Because even the one that birthed him didnt give a care for him
And when you been through shit that he been through
You begin to think that this life you live don’t give a fuck about you
But he settles down still with his chicks on his side
Gets her pregnant cause he knows she is right for his life
But she’s gets fed up and decides to leave him
So now his son is without a father. The cycle continues repeating
He could be there for him but he decides to not
All the missed birthdays and holidays never really stop
All the while not truly knowing his own daddy
He smiles to the whole world when his soul is unhappy
Growing up in this world full of mental issue
No one to be there for him not even a box of kleenex tissues
Running through life with so much anger in this world
Not knowing why he is the way he is and how he treats girls
His mother would kill him if she knew how he treated women
But isn’t his fault it just the blood that runs in him
And it all started cause grandpa was grooving
Running through different woman giving them words real soothing
Mentally fucking them up like a tornado
Forty-five years later his grandson follows in his footsteps, the cycle continues
