I’ve lost my wings,

So I’m learning to walk

My halo fell to the ground

Became a drawing in chalk

Nobody said life was easy

But why is it this hard?

Gave all my heart to people

So I’m left with this tiny shard

What do I do now?

Where do I go from here?

I don’t know how to overcome

All my human fear
