Arrogantly crafting lies

      Spewing twisted Legalese

      Mimicking necessity

To the royal flag they bow

Gold—fringed  bondage to the crown

         Uniform Commercial Code

          Woven through its cryptic folds

There beneath the rising veil                                                    

See the jackals thrash and wail

         Choking posers, vulgar cads

          Necromancers, raving mad

Crass enablers regulate

Cronies who regurgitate

         Actions hardly ethical

         Standards undetectable

Every foul juristic deed

Adds new weight to Shakespeare’s creed

           When they take their final breath

            Who will grieve the lawyer’s death?
