Forbidden Seas

If you drown, I wont save you.

Whilst night so dark,
'Tis to please the beast,

The songs of the sea’s tide,
Has now began to cease,

Into that water,
Many have died,
Because the standing rules they failed to abide,

So I am not sorry for their deaths,
In the bottom of this sea,
You shall find a treasure chest,

But if you dare search for through the forbidden seas,
Soon be an axe at your next whilst down on your knees

(2013)

This poem is based on the tyranny of everyday life, rules that keep people from getting what they need from life even though the people preventing them from getting their help are well off yet not willing to help.

Main idea "Disobey my unfair laws and die by my hand"
