Shining down
Upon the people
Dancing around for all
Saying goodnight to a child
Sparkling like the gods above us
Giving us something to look up to
Admiring the small world just out of reach
Looking at all of us with beautiful, gleaming faces
Until one looks down to see the goodness being shared
Love given to somebody by a caring stranger
The star then reveals it’s true identity
Soaring over land with open wings
To find the loving creature
Repaying what he did
Giving him love
