tears of missing you
to the one I love
tears of missing you.
there they speak
they speak of tears of sorrow
no face, these tears wants to borrow
as they speak
tears of joy is what they seek
whilst my face drops a tear
I suddenly start to fear
what tear comes out of my eyes as I think
a water fall begins in my face when I blink
asking my self why I’m hurting from thinking
later I realise that it’s you that I’m missing
these are tears of someone’s absence
I would not have them on her presence
now to me this all makes sense
these are tears of missing you
and with them there’s nothing I can do
my sorrow is not bitter
again it is not sweeter
it is of you not being here with me
being with you is all I’d love to see
I wonder if you feel the same about me
as I wipe these tears of sadness
I begin to feel the empty ness
inside of my mind it’s nothing but thoughts
imaginations of your presence paining like sores

the cry is never nice or easy to bear
