What does it truly mean to follow a dream? I know the obvious to never give up chasing the one passion that lights a spark so hot in your stomach that it burns through your heart. To not let minor things like locations, schools, or finances prevent you from soothing the itch to be or do that fiery passion that consumes you. To not stop moving forward until you reach the moon, because falling in the stars does not satisfy your craving.

But to have a dream, a passion that burns so deep nothing can fill the void, is to have an addiction that no rehab can treat. It is to fall in love with something hoping, begging, and pleading for it to love you back. It’s risking your life for one more high, and gambling it all in the hopes that one day you will hit it big.
