An Architect's At Work

There’s much to admire,
out here in the sand,
where energy’s gathered,
to constitute “land”;
as if each dune has been conspired,
crafted as part of some plan,
written into existence itself,
by God’s own toiling hands,
as though each grain were perfectly placed,
to follow his every command!

For out here, sun and wind in face,
I need not be obliged to understand,
as that which human reason cannot touch,
divinely carries with it the right to stand!

Our lives are justified, at least, in Truth,
if not in places minds may hope to scan.
