Waiting
To my Goddaughter
I hear a ticking,
I hear a clicking,
The dog outside is barking.
As the wall clock ticks,
the sound of the laptop clicks.
I stay silent as i wait,
for all the noise has stopped?
The dog begins to bark,
the clock begins to tick,
and the laptop clicks.
Time is passing,
Now I’m relaxing,
I am waiting for my turn to use the computer.
