On Naukuchiya Lake -

It slipped some where
I couldn’t  felt  that.

I realized it
When I reached to hotel.
The barer asked me: Any thing you missed, sir?
What should  I answer.?

Came out to search it
with  a glow-worm
On my forefinger .

Removed  dry  leaved  from
Pits of the walk way
And checked.

Checked  into  saffron beak
Of fly catcher.

Asked to creepers
Asked to fence
Awaked   sleeping moss.
Took rounds of the  lake
With heart in my hands.
But
I did  not found it.

In the morning
While checking-out from Hotel,
My wife confirmed:
Every thing is there. Nothing is  left out.

But
When I lifted the luggage
My hands became dead …
