So much time together we’ve spent
Shared thy moments and every event
Shared our pasts, presents and thoughts
We were connecting our common dots
Feelings were growing - our mutual love
Sense of thy longing that came from above
Our chemistry level arose from within
We tried hard to balance on a line oh so thin
Then deep kisses at night that curled our toes
Long tight embraces and passion that grows
Our every confession and our every touch
They were so true and meant oh so much.
But then... Something happened.
All of a sudden, we grew somewhat distant
My insecurities woke up and got tangled
They became so harsh and malignant...
I want to smile and hope for the best
I want to hope and thy hope won’t go to rest
I want to believe that the bond that we share...
Is something so special to keep with our love and our care.
