Early Morning Serenity
I sit in the same spot, seems much like a routine,
thoroughly enjoying my morning coffee, wondering what
the day might bring.
Fully admiring the birds, as they harmonize that song
they sing.
I close my eyes and feel the warmth from the ever faithful
sun, reflecting on the previous days, my accomplishments,
and the things that have been done.
My worries at this moment seem almost obsolete, little to none,
As mother nature carries a much heavier burden than anyone
can imagine, she still showers us with grace and endless peace.
She never hesitates to show her colors, she does so without
fear of judgment, as the pedals of a freshly bloomed flower
glistens through the morning dew.
Her connection with every being and the true unconditional love
she offers all, nurtures our very soul and where there is a soft green
blanket of earth is where her arms are wide open to catch us when we
fall.
I will treasure these moments and give my best to be as loving as she,
and lead each day with her early morning serenity:) .
