The Color Love

The Color Love

There is no doubt that life can often feel extremely lonely, Some days feel as if they drag on with no end in sight.  Daily, we concentrate so much on getting things done and we often forget to take a moment or two to appreciate things and people that seem mundane. But, in all actuality, those things need the very center of our energy. Often times, that energy is lost within us but not gone. Life is viewed as a race to get to the top of the ladder, and the simplest pleasures are forgotten. Causing us to lose sight of the colors in each of us. And, at the end of that climb, we’ve not only lost our dignity but our true selves as well.

It is important to set goals for yourself, improve your own consciousness and gain knowledge in every aspect of life, but being overly-consumed in these things without balance can cause an energy block and we become zombies, following a routine that does nothing for us spiritually.

One of the smallest things you can do each day to open the energy that is within is to give ourselves ten minutes of complete and utter silence. Clear your mind, completely. Don’t think about anything. Don’t worry about taking the garbage out, getting the laundry done, making your quota, dinner parties, don’t think about anything. Let it all fall to the side for just a few moments. Pace your breathing and imagine the light of your angels shining through you. Coming in through the top of your head and outward to reach everything around you. Just ten minutes every day of this and you’ll begin to feel an energy of peace, tranquilty and true happiness within YOU.

In these small things we show ourselves love, compassion, patience and we give our mind the time it needs in order to heal. Ultimately, we open the door to the color of love. You begin to love yourself in a way that you never have and as it flows through you, everyone and everything you touch is affected by it. You start to understand the things around you more clearly, your curiosity grows into a deep thirst for knowledge and your inner self manifests into a light source to help guide others. Allow it to happen.

When you see the true beauty and purpose of your spirit, your light and your soul, you will see these in others as well.

Give yourself time, love, appreciation and patience with those ten minutes each day. You deserve it!

Love and Light!
