AIYE

No, not AIYE, but Aye.
A bitter word to say.
It leaves my heart with so much disgust.
A lass that I am
and the aberration they oppose
YES!the they, are my folks
A little thing I am but I understand the word AIYE

Oh, is that you Aiye?
The blight destroying one’s childhood
For some it seems to be a gimme
But at last the morass magnificent
The problems of people are themselves, the rush to join vogue
But they blame Aiye, innocent Aiye
The avarice of humans, leads to the ruining of another.

Aiye, why were you ever created?
Before my existence you were, and you will always be after it.
Though many fall and never succeed
Many sleep and never wake
But as far as I live, Aiye will favour me
