Why can’t I let you go?
It’s been a year or so
But yet you’re still here
Well not you but your memory lingers
It lingers as if it had a soul
It sometime feels like you’rE there
I remember that day you left
And all I could do was stare
Watch you leave
As if it were the only thing you could do
You disappeared into the night
And I disappeared into myself
I thought I would die
Not soon
But in time
But time is hard to tell
When it seems your love has fallen
