Thoughts flicker like twinkling lights, ride them across the sky. Embrace your dream,
The buck in the garden Chewing up hard earned Labor, His antlers raise, His ears perk up, as
White heron skidding the blue, grey water, of the bay. How free and easy you make it look,
Old friends walking on the beach, the waves bring in, memories, of carefree days;
Orange full moon with a half smile, a hanging lantern, lighting the way, through dark streets,
The hummingbirds are buzzing As well as the bees. The Orioles land gingerly On top of the feeder. Cautiously they move down
The many places I have been And countless faces I have seen, The many tales to be told, Into the universe, they unfold. It’s all a passing show,
Life is like a dream A star studded sky A blink of an eye Oh, how life slips by. Life is like a song
I heard past generations In my son’s voice, I saw his life fly Into another dimension, A place, I can only imagine.
The wind went through me, it carried the yellow, orange and red leaves lightly on the air. Another change is coming,
Pink hues from the west Filter through Snow covered boughs Leaving, The evening light
In the rustle of leaves the wind plays a tune, the change of season is on the horizon. It asks permission

On a walk, many Brown-Eye Susan line the border, before the woods. Rain clouds move closer as if to give a hug, while
Geese are honking As they fly Across an orange colored Sky. My spirit soars
