Nature at it's best

Judy Woods in Wyke Village Bradford

Nature at it’s best,
This place will take your breath,
Where the trails wander deep,
The Children can thrill,
A game of hide and seek,
As you venture through,
You wont hear a sound,
Just the crunching of the ground,

Deeper and deeper,
You get to a bench,
As you sit back to relax,
The day strays away,
You carry on walking,
Till your legs start to ake,

But you then reach a stream,
As if it was a dream,
Shining bright,
Reflecting the sun light,
But time ticks on,
You wounder,
Where the hours have gone,

As the night creeps in,
You take a good long think,
A bite to eat,
Before a deserving sleep,
Driving by into the darkening sky,
The pear tree appears,
In the tiny village,
With food so good,
You stay for a pud,
Finishing your night,
With a friendly goodbye.
