The Incandescent Day
A beautiful and free experience
I must give thanks.
What a beautiful masterpiece,
created by the Master Himself
I need no theater for this.
I may sound zealous,
but I’m very impressed
never have I seen such beauty.
Such beauty all around,
as the light of the sun shines through
the trees, I feel it’s warmth.
A beautiful day for a walk,
or just a peaceful rest in the shade
Ahhh I feel alive.
Soon the sun will set,
and it will end but I’ll catch its beauty
and remember it’s appearance.
A painter would put it on a canvas,
but today I’ll capture it with my eyes
I’ll drink it into my spirit.
I’ll retire soon, I’ll sit and watch,
as the sun sets once again I’ll
capture its beauty, then I’ll sleep.
Perhaps tomorrow will be
as beautiful, but if not I’ll still
hold in my memory the beauty
of this Incandescent Day.

Some days are just so beautiful. In the Spring time when it’s just right for a walk in the park.
When I’m at my son’s house I look out at such beautiful skies and Sunsets, It’s peaceful and serene.
