The King
The Birth of Christ
A King was born, on Christmas morn,
In a stable in Bethleham.
A lowly little Baby Child,
Gods sacrificial Lamb.
God had to speak, and send a sign,
To Mary, and Joseph too.
He let them know this child is mine,
and told them what to do.
He sent word to the Wise Men,
He sent them from afar,
and to show them the direction,
He sent a beautiful star.
He sent word to the Shepards
So they could also go,
So they could go and worship,
and others too would know.
Oh what an awesome night,
The stars were shining bright.
An awesome night, and awesome morn,
Because the King was born.
