Me and my PT

This road I have chosen to take,
to start a new life for my healths sake.
Not just body but in mind,
this road is very emotional I find.
Before joining up at World Gym,
my outlook on life was really quite grim.
I made the decision to turn my life around,
and in the mix the best PT I found.
Shaun Arnold you are professional, exceptional and you love what you do,
and I feel so happy which is partly to do with you.
I know it is a long journey ahead for me,
but thank you for making me see.
Happy and healthy can be achieved,
when you have a rockstar for a PT.
