Jeepers Cory you lost me before I'd even started.You're posting works like this whilst I'm reinventing nursery rhymes and the like,and to be fair I didn't understand 90% of the reviews.I need a serious dose of education .

yeah, if the thoughts stand guard
and having a remembrance wall
it takes many bricks to build a house, and the bricks cured
to prevent intrusion, same as the mind needing an inspector
are the fingers playing the same notes that the ears are hearing
the mind polished and protected
what a beautiful building block
or watering pot- ready for action!

Thanks brother!Mantras are cool...The thought of a mantra reminds me of a movie I was watching that was going for a similar affect... it makes you wonder... what if a clean thought could enter a dirty mind... a mind tormented from time to time by self destructive thoughts... what if it could kill all of the unhealthy thoughts... coax them to their end willingly... burn them up with their own desires... and then the clean thoughts just kind of move in and take over... now wouldnt that be cool...maybe its impossible... improbable... or just plain wrong... oh well... so be it...I love to talk hard anyway :)

Far better a way to open and free and heal the mind so ever caught in life's dim reality than any medication.....mantra like in affect and yet it stirs while it calms...genius.....

thank you brother! it started out as a way to convey a person having the ability to be a drug for another...while I was trying to think of a way to do this the thought occured to me that in order to convey it properly there should be a similar affect for the reader... the rough cut sought to free the reader of the feelings that they were not good enough while at the same time remove the pressure to be perfect and replace it with a desire to be themselves...a death to the ideal... thus removing the pressure of being perfect...it came across as harsh though so instead it now conveys a sense of acceptance at the end... not as powerful but less of a shock for sure...
