The Effect of You

I can’t seem to explain in person, I get tight in the chest and a lump in the throat. This whole time, I thought that you would reel me in and cast me out. I didn’t realize that I was so up and down myself. Heh, I am very lucky that you have the ability to be assertive, the ability to reel me in. Every moment that I spend with you is an exception one, you have no idea the effect that you have on me. I am in awe of your beauty. I long for your touch. I respect your intelligence; your insight into me is brilliant. I lose my thoughts in your eyes. I smile when I hear your laugh. I tremble when I see you and can’t grab you to pull you into a kiss. Your words warm me to my very core. I am never more relaxed than when we hold each other. You make it very hard to not fall for you.
Thank you so much for yesterday. As we slowly move through this, know that everything I say is real, no lines.
