Here, amid this cloudless night,
While the moon glowed ever bright.
Hot winds over shifting dunes,
Carried with it a faint tune.
In the darkness, a secret held,

In the bygone age of yester-year,

And the nights were clear,
A gusty wind blew the curtains she
