Days of Sorrow
I dread as a new day begins,
I pray that my sorrow will end
Though the sun shines bright,
My suffering extinguishes the light
When will lost love be ever found,
I fear my loneliness will be forever bound
The world is starting to close in,
But I hope that your heart will let me in
Nightfall has now consumed the day,
And as I started the day I begin to pray
Sleep again takes over my sorrows,
I dream of a different world until tomorrow
