In a synagogue you will find a Jew;
In a church you will find a Christian
Earth’s religions are far from few;
But all have the same mission
To worship a god
Responsible for creation
A non believer is a hopeless Sod
To not believe in divine intervention
Who is to say your god is right?
Is there a big man in the sky?
Controlling peoples lives with all his might
Don’t believe in him and “thy shalt fry”.
I make not fun of religion;
For it is a comfort of a conformist
A sceptisicm is my only confession
My hope for an intervention is enormous
Will I one day find a spiritual vice?
Some higher power to believe in?
A god to offer something nice;
For that god shall forgive my only sin
Of not trusting and believing
In a power greater than my known
A society that is tired of heaving
My beliefs to God’s golden throne
In conclusion; religion shall reveal itself
When I am ready to recieve it
My bible and Quran on the bookshelf
In the forgotten darkness and dust; it shall sit
