Pain
Pain is handicapping me from living my life. Everyday I wake up feeling pain and strife what must I do in order to get things right my mother says that I have a chip on my shoulder from always having to fight I be up all night praying that one day the pain will all go away but no matter what I say or do the pain consumes me can somebody please tell me what is fake and what is true I don’t know what’s going on in your life but I know that I can’t be the only one living in darkness with the absence of light if somebody can help make this pain go away I swear that I will do whatever it takes to do and say whatever I need to say pain pain pain go away never come back then again who am I to say that you cannot stay after all I am just a young black poet with with a whole lot to say.
