Depression isent a illness it’s a disease
Something you cech something that leaves
You lost and traped in the dark
It’s hard to understand why you feel
The way you feel
Depression comes in many forms
It’s eats you alive of makes you have
Sleepless nights
Depression has ups and downs one day
Happy one day your not yourself
It’s like running in circles or back
And forth
Depression starts to become your
Friend the only thing you really know
You get so use to it you dont even show
How you really feel fake smiles
Sunshine and roses
Because of this my poems are always sad
But depression it’s all I’ve bin capable
To comprehend
So walk a mile in my shoes let your mind
