She Is Out

She pours today from her pores,
Escapes; empties herself onto the floor and sings out, "let the music rise”as she plays a game of tiptoe
Around the toxics of today.
It is time to unwind.
Get loose, redeem,
Cut clothes,
No more restraint,
No need to reserve.
She is out!
Out of mind.
Out of words,
Out of strength,
Out of power,
And it’s okay.
In this room she needs none.
In this room she is out.
