Leaving
I’m leaving the world today
My demons have dragged me down too far
The dark has covered me
and hidden the light they all see.
The screams of anger burn into my mind
Now its just a big black hole of pain and nightmares
that you never want to see.
My wrists are full of scars
cut over cut
and the pain is still there
it won’t go away.
So I’m leaving today
I will say my good byes
and when I’m gone
please know that I’ll be free
and finally
finally happy.
