Then there is the good,
but what good would good be
if it didn’t have the bad to offset it.
The only thing pushing
kindness forward,
is selfishness.
The only reason
to help someone out
is because it's for yourself.
Because it makes yourself feel better,
or you get something out of it in some way.
All other reasons
are just what we tell our self's
to get by.
But the help is being offered,
and sometimes even taken.
And no one cares, or denies it.
In that way we are all the same.
