Never really thought of what it would take
For our desolate world to finally break
For the world we have seen in our dreams to make
Simple as giving the snow globe a shake.
We’ve fought so many battles on this dying land
As more send their children to sign their life and take a stand.
Deciding our fate not what the Creator planned
Rather than fight maybe we all join hands.
There is more that brings us together than sets us apart.
We were trained to see differences right from the start.
Sheltered lives all we’ve known or ala carte.
Connection of all breeds from the heart.
