Loneliness

Dear God, I just want to say thank you. You loved me inspite of me.Amen

Loneliness, a dark but cold world,
God created a shy, giving and loyal African American girl.

Probably not what you want me to be,
...but  I am untypical  me!

Two moms, one gave birth, the who one raised me was the other,
Three biological siblings, and two brothers from another mother...

Never had a bond either any of them, sad? ...no!
...disappointed, though.

The whole “family thing” seemed to have ceased when Grandmother passed on,
...my thought, perhaps I am wrong...
I feel like  NO ONE’s house is my home.

( my cousin), I am very comfortable with her,
My inner thoughts and my heart just kept me apart...
In my book, she gets the “best cousin” award,
(PRAYER)...please watch over her O’Precious Lord...
Everyone else, my blood... I certainly don’t deny it,
...and... Who they are, I will NEVER forget!

I was introduced to sex age the age of nine,
...taught and threatened to say “everything was fine”.

Sad, because no adult could ever tell I was lyin’,
... and that on the inside, I was cryin’.

Always a child with everything I wanted, but no affection,
...protection but much correction...
No One close enough to trust,
...often cussed utter disgust...
Mental slavery, those old perverts had total control,
...abuse untold until I got old...
...?end all, be all
No One was EVER allowed beyond my mental wall...

Adulthood... I finally let go and let God,
No more... facade, mental fraud...
To Him ALL be the Glory, He allowed me to live to tell my story.
