By J Ann Crowder

My children’s laughter rushes inside my heart like sun’s glory splashes on fields of clover
Thus leaving each corner of my soul filled with bright and verdant, green valleys
When their laughter sings to my ears I am not merely body existing, I am beautiful, eternal PURPOSE
I bloom, stretching wide my palms like roses igniting beneath day light’s magic kiss, painting earth

Thinking of mothers as we approach Mother's Day. Written April 29th, 2017.
