Cuckoo! Cuckooo! Cooing Bird!!

Cuckoo! Cuckoo!  Cooing Bird!!
In the parks of summer days,
What immortal hand or brain,
Could make thy briiliant voice?.

In what assemblage of musicals,
Was thy wonderful voice composed,
What instruments were put together,
To create thy awesome voice.

Thy two-fold shout of joy,
Echoes in my mind,
Gives messages of warmth,
And memories of mirth.

What guitar? What violin?
What piano? What accordian?
Put their notes together,                                                                                                                                                             To produce such  heavenly voice.?

When God descended to Eden,
To watch his creation,
Did he smile at his work to see,
Did he wonder at your two-fold shout?

Thy two fold shout,
Reverberates in the park,
And when I imitate your shout,
You repeat with cooh!   cooh!.

(2005)

two-fold shout, echo,
The poem wonders at the attractive voice of the cuckoo bird.
