A New Beginning
I’m dreaming that there’s a new beginning,
Just around the corner.
Wooh, wooh,
I’m moving forward, going upward!
Where the skies are blue,
And the stars seem brand new.
I’ve been lost and found,
Now with both feet on the ground,
I’m on my final journey.
Someday, I will look back and see,
The way things used to be.

Life is full of mystery,
Some is revealed, but mostly sealed.
I have questions, as I come and go,
Some have answers, others no,
But deep within, lie places I haven’t seen,
Spirituality connecting me to now, to then,
I was born, I been reborn.

In my final days, before my eyes close,
I have looked upon a lovely rose,
Held her in my hand so tight,
Gleaming with brilliant light,
She helped me feel things are alright.
I am filled with happiness,
She has been the best.
Wooh, wooh
I’m dreaming that there’s a new beginning,

Aging isn’t a bad thing,
I been lucky, I lived so long,
Done some things right and some things wrong,
But never left them that way,
I tried to be careful of what I say.
Regrets, I have a few,
But nothing like the morning dew,
Helping me very day start anew,

Just around the corner,
Lies a new beginning way up high
Where beautiful stars lie,
Heavenly skies, there I’ll be,
Remembering when, I lived back then.
In a world filled with mystery,
Where dreams could be reality,
A world I once knew,
Now I give my leave to you,
