Plenty of things that I want to tell you,
Most of which, you never knew,
He calls you his confidante
But secrets revealed, very few.

You are but a distraction,
that fills him with affection,
No love, just lust,
obscenity, no connection.

I’ve seen all shades of him
at vulnerability and grim,
I was the light in his life
When everything would bedim.

I’m still on his mind
Pictures of me you’ll find,
He loved me with his all
he’d never leave that behind.

His first love, his first time,
We were partners in crime,
No girl can replace that
Not once in a lifetime.

There’s so much you don’t know
So much he doesn’t show
You have no clue how it was like
a long time ago.
