my life displayed before me
 
memories from when i was little
 
of happy times spent with family
 
playing and laughing together
 
building bonds so strong between them and me
 
seeing myself grow up
 
watching as i entered womanhood
 
meeting my wonderful partner
 
side by side we always stood
 
we created two wonderful children
 
a beautiful girl and an amazing boy
 
we were four together
 
into our lives they brought such joy
 
and now we have a grandson
 
the apple of our eye
 
we are making new memories
 
as time is passing by
 
my life has been a happy one
 
filled with people i love so dear
 
each memory i hold so very close
 
with each passing year
