Road of depression
The road of depression is a long and winding one
not knowing where you’re heading or where you have come from,
It’s a lonely path you’re travelling, lots of obstacles on the way
it’s not all plain sailing it’s a hard game you have to play,
If you think the way is clear something hits you hard and fast
more problems are put in front of you you feel so very lost,
Your journey’s not straight A-Z but all the letters on the way
it is hard to walk this path to move forward every day,
You want to sit beside the road, you need to stop and rest
but you have to keep on going face up to every test,
The end of your journey seems so very far away
yet the path of depression is on a road I have to stay.
