Into the Labyrinth of pain.

But in the darkness you remain.
I long for you to come out
Of your protective shell.

And why you’re in hell.
No one cares what you’re going through
Or how far you fall every night.
I wish to hold you and keep you from falling once more.
To make things perfect and right.
I see what you do behind closed doors;
Taking that blade and cutting deep into your arm.
It kills me to see all your pain
Having to escape through self—harm.
It burns me to my core
As you take one step closer to your death.
I’ve tried so hard to help you
And to make sure you never take your last breath.
Please confide in me
And tell me what you can’t go through alone.
Help me understand your suffering.
Make your feelings known.
I want to help you before it’s too late
And keep you safe with me.
I want you to be happy again
And to feel free.
