Why do i stay awake at night
When the dark rises and daylight falls?
Traveling,
With no real destination
No real purpose.
Distance & time,
They both seem too long or too short
Never enough.
A battle,
A war,
Where did it begin?
Where did it all go?
The twists and turns.
Everything is coming together
But not really
Everything is falling apart,
It was all just a thought
That came across an empty mind
Will I ever sleep at night?
