I Found Me
A Journey
I used my tears,
To wash my fears,
The hurt disappears.
I used my pain,
Turned it to gain,
I smile again.
I found my voice,
Silenced all the noise,
And filled my void.
I pieced myself,
Made peace with myself,
Now love excels.
I used the stones,
My foes have thrown,
And built my throne,
I am finally home.
It wasn’t easy,
Throughout the journey.
I now say proudly,
That I finally found me.
