From My Book "Eating is Common, But taste is a Gift"

Dedicated to All of "The Culinary Jedi" on Planet Earth.

I guess anyone that has met me could easily, tell you that I’m slightly overweight, I’m not ashamed of being “A little bigger”than 98% of the rest of the world, And why not? I love food, The better part of each day My life has been centered around food, Alot of thought and energy has gone into the preparation in “Either” serving are eating, the level of my maturity in the culinary world, “Has hit a steady climb, And I’ve discovered a dimension, that has supplied me with pen point answers to all of my advanced cooking questions!! I’m going to try and carry you into this crazy, Super sized, can’t get enough of, World that I’ve created. My theory into this food frenzy, brings me to ”The Genesis of food" it was a source of survival for “Cavemen” Indians, Pilgrims and any other primitive being for survival, But as time changed, So did the diet of mankind, Weapons advanced, Giving the “Hunter” the upper hand on “Bagging” dinner. And the way it was prepared also had “A FaceLift” Man Begin to sharpen there skills over the hot coils of a healthy fire. Surprise, Surprise we gave birth to BBQ, ill let you fill in the rest of this history lesson.                                                                God bless the greater part of “Mankind” with an amazing complex bank of “Endless possibilities” If you haven’t figured it out, The Brain, that mysterious love of receptors praying for the chance to deliver energy to its appointed organ. And these receptors have there own little jobs. To provide taste, Smell, And the ability to determine how it will breakdown food as it enters your mouth, This actually takes place as soon as we’re aware of “Today’s Special”and as soon as these receptors are in motion, Then the dance begins, To determine what’s good and what’s not! But there’s that rare moment, for most “Middle Class Americans”that get “The Rare opportunity” To experience the cuisine that specializes in providing the Ultimate climax to each and every taste bud that resides in your mouth.
