Food, that 4 Letter word that changed this nation into "One of the Greatest Culinary Capitals on this planet! And since 2008 it has hit a “All time Record” many reality shows  are devoted to this very special ritual of, Bell ringing, chow time, Come and get it, “Food blots”.. Some love to consume the penis of a salt water creature, Are the Balls from an innocent bull, I draw the line, When given the opportunity to consume “the guts”, Are the “well hung” Organs  from any 4 Legged creature, And God forbid, Any 2 Legged creature...."Mark me Happy" when there’s a chance to consume Any Asian cuisine, Any one that truly knows me, Knows that I’m a sucker for sushi and a hopeless puppet to fried rice, And don’t get me started on those deep fried tempura “Battered”treats that drive me crazy,  Anything dipped in ginger sweet batter, You could dip a military boot in this Asian Batter and I would “Eat it”..But all types of fried food have had the special privilege of ending there journey in my mouth, Like the famous “ General
Tso”chicken"..and Last but not least, Crab Ragoon .. Name it, and I will sample it, As long as its not the 1000 year old egg,"Are the digestive insides of any chicken, Pig, are cow!!! Technology has been the ultimate passport, to distant lands, And I’ve traveled all over the globe aboard this,40 inch “flat Screen” “Virtual reality”culinary exploration train"..And I never left my home, there’s so much variety in “the world of dining, ”Like"Here in Arkansas, You can discover a lot of these cuisines, At the local capital of Little rock and other little cities. “Along the Way” Hot Springs, Pine Bluff, Eureka, and even Monticello, Don’t get me wrong, it doesn’t begin are end, “Here in Arkansas” it for goes on for miles and miles on that highway to many menus of food madness, Please allow me to clarify myself on this quest for “Fine dining” This List doesn’t con cider McDs, Waffle House, Burger King, White Castle, “ By the Way” is “So much better than Krystal”and one of my favorite heart stopping food chains, Is the one and only, That original recipe, Kentucky  
fried anywhere, “Anyplace, I’m there Chicken”... You know where I’m going with this, fast food chains are great, But I love the adventure of seeking out the places where taste buds go to “Party” and places where true culinary artist, As myself, Give life to there vision of dishes, that are unique in taste and presentation, Worthy for viewing inside any top selling magazines. Is this expensive? “Yes” it can put “A Dent in your pocket book, Are max out that plastic ”Little evil card" that gives people, The power to get, “Head deep in debt”!! But never fear, Restaurants that carry that 5 star quality, also carry a reasonable menu, Many chefs with a passion, Want people, Of any race, any size and it really doesn’t matter where you come from, and it surly ain’t about how much money you make, At least that’s my beliefs, And this dress code thing, no no leave your suits and fancy dresses in your closet, You want to be embraced in total comfort, Eat, Enjoy and experience the true passion of fine cuisine, this whole dress code thing, I really hate it, Half the people that summit there self to this, horrible way of dining, Only confirm the fact that they are a slave to the corporate high class idiots that have a continuous drive to become better than the idiot next to him... I have witnessed a growing trend, of young passionate chefs that cater to the low and middle class people that truly keep this global network spinning, And these “Full of Heart Chefs are the real deal, And will always have my highest remarks, To those Chefs out there that fit these description, Please remain ”Forever" Humble... And this is the end of my thoughts for today... Peace be with all, How have seconds at the dinner table of passionate dining....!!!!
