Let Me Walk You Home

Let me walk you home
The gardens we’d roam
Nothing fancy or wild
To live the inner child
Talk of riddles and art
I’d speak right from my heart

Let me guide your way
Long to hear you say
Trust you’ll always be with me
As my sweet loving lady
Play your harp, stroke your pen
Say I’ll see you again

Let me be your guy
I keep asking why
Do I believe in magic,
And not in something tragic?
But my guess is that love,
Is all I can think of

Let me sing to you
Make your dreams come true
Hug you to bits every night
And keep your fears out of sight
Can’t help but love you so
Why, I will never know
