Eve's Lust
Lightning spewed forth
the cancerous snipe
ruling now world
damned, deceived with fake light
deluded
bewildered
with puppets gutter and lies
Choking and wrenching
the smiles from eyes
Camouflaged by freedom
they snigger and laugh
beneath they rot
charred
black are their hearts
So many to fall
so many in dark
Foretold the truth
that would set us apart
sadly few
who bare his mark
Counted are
the hairs on our head
moulded and formed
by our bread
Eat of the body
thirst for real breath
we are told to not want
but giveth instead
Slaves in flesh
bound by my chains I describe
to this Damned world
to remain entwined
Enslaved
encased
by eve’s lust
I live in a body
made of dirt....dust
