Suicidal December

Can you imagine if our country is falling apart because of Covid, the Current President, and the destruction of common sense. It hurts the people of the world. Instead we've turned to partying, sexual personification, and the glorification of currency over our most valuable asset, love.As Jesus said "love your God with all your heart, strength and mind, then Mohammed perfected the law without so many laws, Buddha brought new life by telling us life can come back, and Krishna showed us we could change. These 21 poems is what is happening in the 21st Century and how it will be like the next 10 centuries.

Suicidal December

A day of winter,
Brings me down
I’m at my lowest.
Im all blue,
There’s no love
The warm flame of closeness
the weather
Oh the weather
The cold drops
Of December
Rain and snowless
The background of my soul is blue, Cloudy and grey,
Where is the light from the moon
My Sun where have you gone,
Can it be true,
Is this really how I feel,
Heartless and steel coldness,
It cuts like a knife,
A stiff drink in the night,
is it really you Winter
I thought you came with cheers of Christmas,
My life should feel golden,
Instead I’m filled with emotions of dread, death and hate,
I scrape by,
To reach the date,
When the sun will be back in the sky,
And my life doesn’t feel fake
Christ came,
Thousands of years ago,
We celebrate this moment of gladness,
But being all alone only emboldens my sadness,
It’s madness
What shall I do?
Continue this trip on a ship,
I feel blue,
Even the waters of the ocean lose their warmth and adventure,
I drift in the sails of my mind,
A storm lost in the weather,
Oh the weather,
The cold drops of December
Let it rain, Let it pour
As I sit alone bored,
Just to leave the comfort of warmth is a mission,
I’ll be praying for the golden rays to come back,
That’s what I’m wishing for Christmas,
Love has escaped me,
It’s left me alone,
As I lay in bed,
Hearing the sounds of my home
Winter can be beautiful when your in love,
Or it can be a painful reminder of sins,
Like sacrificing a dove,
A day of winter brings me down,
How I wish I could fly and take off from the ground,
Lord give us our wings back,
Teach us once again to Fly,
That we won’t die from the lie,
That we weren’t  all angels,
Casted down, Stuck on the earth and entangled
As for me I repent in hope for my soul,
That the lover I find will keep me warm from the cold
