Hello, goodbye

I spoke to you for the first time in weeks last night.
It was a cloudier realm than this mind, and it was only fleeting,
But it was you I’m  sure.
I can’t say it was a pleasant interaction and now the memory is more fragmented then I would have liked, but it left your spirit in me all the same.

Maybe you’d been thinking of me too,
Or maybe you haven’t at all,
Maybe that’s why I don’t see you round here much any more.

Still it left me fuddled all the same.

Amazing what my mind will do just to let me catch a glimpse of you.

I used to believe in something that was very different, can’t catch it now.

I think that girl did jump after all.

She realised that the tower she had been sat in with the unlocked window big and blue,
That one she desperately had wanted to jump through–
It hadn’t lead to what she had thought,
Though heaven and cloud were up above, they had also been down further than she had initially assumed. Much softer meshed to make a net, so when she jumped she did not fall.
She sprung back higher twice as tall.
