8 tramadol I had to take today as I sat reading yet another letter from the ESA I have been retired on ill health oh dear I hear you say it’s only a small private pension that helps me along my way and then as I open up another letter that was just anxious to be taken from out the tray yet another council tax summons I’m not getting any help yes I am in pain struggle from day to day the first time I require any help I was just told to go away
