Loving Life

Only from the heart can you touch the sky. ...rumi

                             Loving Life

Every moment in our life is a meditation moment-a reflection, a talking to one’s soul in the most intimate searching way looking at mundane things and can run the range deep into our inside divinity. I mean every moment from our first scream out of our mother’s womb. Every breath we take from then on is an acknowledgment of our spirituality a connection with the duality of our existence, a threshold, a dichotomy between mortality and immortality. We live a transitional time on earth as was pointed out, in flesh and blood, a time preparing us for a sojourn in the garden above stripped of all the material accompaniment we gathered during our mortal time. “Amassed” in many cases. Immortalized even,  in stone and other earthen materials.

Every moment consciously and unconsciously we meditate, reflect, think. We walk we meditate. We shower, make love we meditate.

We stay in the moment simply because that  moment is the moment we breathe in life, a moment that’s lived and dies the very next time we breathe in again. We repeat this until we reach the threshold to immortality-the line-because we innately were nurtured loving life by our mothers during their moments of meditation with us in their wombs– a refuge of spiritual love, a retreat for loving life is indeed assured for us– a haven in heaven. Immortality.
