Black diamond
The rarest I could ever find.
I tried to search for you everywhere but I could not find another you.
I went to the extent of settling for other diamonds but at the end I came to realize that there could only be one black diamond.
The more I kept searching for you was the more I realized that I do not want another but you.
Even though you have no idea but I almost lost myself in the process of trying to find you.
My black diamond, there is no denying that other diamonds did look more brighter than my own and they had slot to offer but none of that meant anything to me because at the end of the day,
there was only one specific diamond that had my heart and I just had to find it one more time.
Many people told me to give up the search because it was not worth it and that there are other diamonds out there that are worth my heart.
But they forgot to tell me how to let go of my black diamond, the rarest I have ever come across in my life.
I asked them, how do I forget such a diamond?But none answered.
Days passed, weeks and months but my heart failed to let go.
I kept on searching for that diamond that had my heart.
The only difference with my search was that I was now doing it on my own.
I spent days praying and fighting the love I had and as much as one ask God for their heart desires,
I was also asking Him to show me the way and that if my black diamond was worthy to keep searching for,
Then I would find it.
It is about a relationship I was in and somehow it ended...but I found it hard to let go and any man that I met,I was always looking for him in them...the more I could not find him was the more I was losing a part of me.
It's true what they say,you can fall inlove many times but there will be that one love that will burn your soul forever.I guess mine was him.
